Greg has been a director of Hayson Knell (formerly Wasley Knell Consultants) since 2000 after moving from local government into private practice in 1997. Greg has a wide breadth of experience in resource management and project coordination. His work includes coordinating, preparing and processing applications, district plan formulation, departmental reviews, mediation, and the presentation of evidence and submissions. Greg’s clients are wide ranging from individuals to corporate organisations, community groups and local authorities.

Tracy has been with Hayson Knell (formerly Wasley Knell Consultants) since 2004 and a Director since 2006. Previously she worked as a planner in local government. Tracy has a wide range of experience in project coordination, resource consent preparation, and policy planning for corporates to developers and private individuals including mediation, presentation of evidence and submissions. Her work encompasses providing key planning consultancy services to a number of councils in the areas of resource consent processing, district plan formulation, and process and departmental reviews. Tracy has chaired the Bay of Plenty NZ Planning Institute Branch and is still closely involved with the professional body.

Grace brings her skills to consultancy from her previous experience as a Tauranga City planner. Grace’s work includes project scoping and coordination, resource consent preparation and processing for a range of clients. Grace has a wide range of clients and is well versed in local planning issues. She is also involved in district plan formulation and process review projects for our local government clients.

Laura brings her experience as Lead Environmental Advisor for Trustpower to our consultancy. In that role Laura was responsible for managing the company’s involvement in RMA planning processes throughout New Zealand, advising on legislation changes, and providing input to a range of projects including consenting, development project management and submissions to district plan changes. Her work for Hayson Knell encompasses a wide range of resource management including resource consents, policy planning, project coordination and research.

Hannah’s experience as a planner for Northland Regional Council together with her planning and science background bring valued skills to our clients. Hannah’s work for Hayson Knell ranges from preparing and managing regional consents, feasibility scoping for development projects and a range of land use consent preparation.
Danielle provides techncial and adminstrative support to our consultant team and clients. Danielle came to us from Auckland Council where she worked as a Weather Tightness and Compliance Coordinator. She brings her extensive experience in communication and document management to our consultancy.
